Job summary

Elastic Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of the XDR roadmap, driving detection, correlation, and response capabilities across endpoints, cloud, identity, and network. You will translate threat research into requirements and represent the product to senior security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in security-related technical product management or related field.
• 3+ years in related product development or technical domain.
• Proven track record owning product areas from requirements through shipped outcomes.
• Experience with XDR/EDR or SIEM concepts is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with telemetry, integrations, and threat research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end from requirements through shipped product.
• Drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across multiple domains.
• Maintain telemetry and integrations using first- and third-party data sources.
• Translate customer input and threat research into clear product requirements.
• Represent product in customer conversations and communicate roadmap progress.
