Zusammenfassung

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to own XDR and convergence of exposure and vulnerability management. You will lead cross-domain detection and response, drive strategy across endpoints, cloud, identity, and network, and partner with Engineering and Security Labs to ground decisions in threat research.

You will act as the primary product voice with CISOs and VPs of Security Operations, shaping the roadmap and prioritization in a distributed, remote-first

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Experience owning a product area with revenue impact and delivering shipped, iterated outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR, SIEM or security operations, either as PM or practitioner.

Aufgaben

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Lead XDR expansion into exposure and vulnerability management with remediation workflows.
• Balance XDR, exposure, and related surfaces like attack surface and cloud posture using signals as inputs.
• Collaborate with the Entity Analytics team on asset criticality and context for prioritization.
• Act as product voice with senior customer stakeholders and deliver roadmap direction.
• Analyze competitive landscape and translate into differentiated product direction.
• Partner with engineering and Security Labs to write actionable requirements and align on threat research.
