Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Staff Product Manager in its Agent Security division to shape how modern organizations build and secure AI applications at scale. You will join a collaborative team and help embed security into the AI-native development lifecycle.

You will lead discovery, validate problems with lean experiments, and craft a compelling vision and roadmap. This role demands strong communication and the ability to operate across engineering, design, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in technology with a product management role.
• Strong technical background capable of engaging with engineering and AI/ML concepts.
• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving, uncertain environments.
• Proven track record of taking early-stage SaaS or developer tooling products to launch.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product discovery with engineers, designers, and customers.
• Validate problems and solution approaches through lean experiments and MVPs.
• Shape vision and roadmaps balancing short-term experiments with long-term bets.
• Influence the broader innovation agenda with roadmap presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to move ideas from concept to product-market fit.
