xorlab AG in Zurich is building a cybersecurity product to protect organizations from email threats. The role combines frontend work with end-to-end ownership across APIs, backend services, and data, while emphasizing intuitive user experiences for complex security problems.

You will work across the stack with React, Java, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Nginx, and Docker, applying AI to design, test, and improve software. Join a fast-moving scale-up and shape our product and engineering practices.

Formación

• Solid experience with modern frontend development, ideally React.
• Experience developing backend applications; Java or a comparable language is particularly relevant.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment and pragmatic decision-making.
• Strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve the product for understanding, configuring, and operating email security.
• Own features end-to-end from frontend through APIs and data.
• Focus on intuitive frontend UX for complex cybersecurity problems.
• Work across the full stack with balanced frontend/backend exposure.
• Use AI throughout the engineering process to design, implement, test, debug, and improve software.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering to turn needs into great experiences.
• Shape engineering practices by bringing in new ideas and challenging approaches.
