Job summary

Elastic seeks a Principal Product Manager for Elastic Security to own relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. You will translate complex customer needs into a coherent product direction across multiple product areas and be the trusted product voice with senior stakeholders.

This remote-first role requires up to 50% travel to support key accounts, including on-site executive engagements with CISOs and security leaders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with named strategic accounts and hyperscalers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of security operations platforms and SIEM/SOAR/XDR.

Responsibilities

• Own enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products with clear direction.
• Turn input from strategic accounts into patterns that inform product roadmaps.
• Provide primary product voice in high-level meetings with CISO/CTO/VP Security.
• Prioritize requirements using RICE, scoring, and opportunity sizing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to write actionable specifications.
