Capital Trustees, an independent trustee company based in Switzerland, specialises in trust set-up and administration services. The role manages a diverse portfolio of structures for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups.

You will develop relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise retention, and work with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, and others to ensure proper administration.

Formación

• Experience in trustee companies with international clientele or wealth planning in banks and senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of Trust instruments, their applications and benefits.
• Good understanding of relevant local jurisdiction laws.
• Excellent English language skills; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a mix portfolio of structures for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups.
• Develop relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention.
• Work directly with end-clients, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and accountants to ensure proper administration.
• Implement fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors.
• Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met to sustain fiduciary business.
• Take part in events as a speaker, if needed.
• Provide support to Legal and Compliance Office.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations and industry trends.
