Capital Trustees, an independent trustee company based in Switzerland, specialises in trust set-up and administration services. The role manages a diverse portfolio of structures for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups.

You will develop relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise retention, and work with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, and others to ensure proper administration.

Competenze

• Experience in trustee companies with international clientele or wealth planning in banks and senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of Trust instruments, their applications and benefits.
• Good understanding of relevant local jurisdiction laws.
• Excellent English language skills; German is an advantage.

Tasks

• Manage a mix portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, private trust companies) for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups;
• Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention;
• Work directly with the end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures;
• Implementation of fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors;
• Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business;
• Take part in events as a speaker, if needed;
• Provide support to Legal and Compliance Office;
• Stay up-to-date with the regulations and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clienteleexposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining a senior position;
• Strong knowledge of Trust instrument, its application and benefits;
• Good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction;
• Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style;
• Well organised and ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure;
• Outgoing personality and confident to speak to end clients;
• Capacity to understand both clients' and our firm's needs;
