UR Capital, a leading Swiss international trust company with headquarters in Zurich and offices worldwide, seeks an experienced professional to manage a diversified portfolio of trusts, foundations, and commercial entities in an international environment.

You will serve as the primary client contact, drive business development, and ensure rigorous compliance with FATCA, AML, and CRS while safeguarding data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• STEP certification (completed or in progress).
• University degree in Law, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience within the international trust and fiduciary industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute to business development efforts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable with industry-standard IT tools and open to digital innovation.
• Fluency in English and German is essential; additional languages are a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial companies, trusts, and foundations within an international environment
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality communication and relationship management
• Oversee administrative and compliance matters, including FATCA, AML, and CRS requirements
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and supervision of client and entity data and documentation
• Contribute actively to client-driven projects and support business growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and identify new opportunities for client engagement
