Job summary

CAPITAL TRUSTEES AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced wealth planning professional for HNWI clients, focusing on cross-border wealth structuring and private investments. The role involves regulatory diligence and drafting contracts, with a strong emphasis on international real estate and art collections.

Fluency in English, Italian, and Russian is essential; knowledge of an additional language is a plus. A LL.M.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
• Experience in a Trust company or law firm focused on private clients or family offices.
• Familiar with wealth planning including arts, real estate and shipping.
• Knowledge of legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and due diligence.
• Sharia law familiarity is required.

Responsibilities

• Expand market visibility of the international trust business among global wealth managers.
• Develop professional relationships with lawyers, bankers, tax advisors, and others in target markets.
• Support the team in wealth planning for existing high-net-worth clients in Middle East and Asia.

Tasks

• Increase across Emerging Eurasia the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community.
• Development of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets such as Kazakistan, Turkey, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
• Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Middle-East and Asia.

Requirements

• Business experience of around five years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
• Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices.
• Familiar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with arts and collectibles, real estate and shipping.
• Familiar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Holding an LL.M. degree, in line with working requirements.
• Familiar with Sharia Law and its application in wealth planning.
• Perfect knowledge of English, Italian and Russian, both written and spoken. A fourth language is a plus.
