You will head a cross-functional team and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Legal to deliver competitive bids.

Key requirements include 5+ years in tender management, strong cost calculation capabilities, and fluent English with German as a bonus.

Qualifications

Experience in tender/bid management and cross-functional teamwork.
Strong cost calculation and contract terms knowledge.
Analytical skills and attention to detail essential for risk assessment.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, Dynamics 365 advantageous.
Business-fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end tender and quotation process for high-voltage systems and accessories globally.
Lead cross-functional bid team including Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Legal.
Prepare cost calculations, pricing proposals and contract terms with Sales Manager.
Coordinate prequalification and vendor registrations for utilities and contractors.
Maintain tender data in ERP and support monthly sales reporting.
Contribute to contract negotiations and win/loss analyses.
Respond to technical queries arising during tender processes.
