Flybotix in Lausanne is seeking a senior Customer Support lead to act as the primary contact for customers, manage and resolve support tickets, and coordinate with engineering for timely fixes.

You will develop after-sales strategies, maintain the customer portal and documentation, turn common issues into self-service guides, and support field repairs during peak periods and flight tests to showcase product reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical customer support or after-sales.
• Degree in electronics, mechatronics, robotics or related field.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and MTBF/reliability metrics.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary Customer Support contact handling tickets through resolution.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.
• Improve after-sales strategies, including parts management.
• Track field quality indicators and report MTBF and failure rates.
• Maintain customer portal, FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with repairs during peak periods and support flight tests.
