Zusammenfassung

Flybotix is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of engineering and product development initiatives in a dynamic scale-up environment in Lausanne.

You will plan, execute and deliver cross-functional projects, coordinate with Engineering, Product and Operations, and ensure governance, budgets and schedules are tightly managed. Excellent communication and English proficiency are essential for executive reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in an engineering setting.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Admin, PM, or related field.
• Familiarity with drones/robotics product cycles and certification standards.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira and Microsoft Office plus governance practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee Flybotix's portfolio of engineering and product development projects.
• Plan, execute and deliver cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Product, Operations, and other functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, dependencies and critical paths; take corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, management and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks and documentation for transparency.
• Organise and lead project meetings, steering committees and reviews.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues; escalate when appropriate.
• Support resource planning to optimise project delivery across the organisation.
• Lead project closure activities and lessons learned.
