You will translate product and technical decisions into an executable plan across mechanical, electrical, software, industrialization, supply chain, certification and launch readiness, while balancing risk, schedule and cost

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading complex technical programs in robotics or advanced hardware.
• Proven track record shipping a certified, volume-made mechatronic product through development and launch.
• Strong engineering foundation in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, robotics, or related field.
• Ability to understand system architecture and identify system-level risks without designing every solution.
• Experience with program planning methods, critical path management, and change control.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning views without direct authority.

• Lead delivery of a major robot platform program with cross-functional teams.
• Translate product and technical decisions into executable plans across mechanical, electrical, software, industrialization, supply chain, certification and launch readiness.
• Ensure schedule, product-cost targets, and certification and launch readiness.
• Provide clear program visibility to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and manage trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
