Gravis Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end program delivery for key initiatives, coordinating software releases, hardware integration, and field validation across distributed teams.

You will translate high-level goals into structured plans, drive cross-team alignment, and manage blockers to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, hardware-software environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in technical program management, product management or engineering program management in deep-tech.
• Solid technical foundation with engineering degree(s).
• Hands-on experience with agile/iterative development and tools such as Jira or Linear.
• Good knowledge of software/hardware development practices, architecture, and CI/CD or testing.
• Willingness to travel as required by business projects.
• High proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program planning and reporting for major initiatives including software releases and hardware integration.
• Translate strategic goals into structured plans, roadmaps, and commitments with engineering leads.
• Identify blockers and manage risks to protect the critical path.
• Coordinate software release processes and field deployments.
