ANYbotics is a fast-growing robotics company focused on autonomous platforms for industrial inspection and operations. You will lead a major robot platform program, aligning engineering, operations and commercial teams toward a clear market path and credible delivery plan.

You will influence through strong technical program judgment, balancing hardware and software development with certification, industrialization and make-or-buy decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading complex technical programs in robotics or advanced hardware.
• Proven ability to ship certified, volume-manufactured mechatronic products from development to launch.
• Strong engineering foundation in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic systems.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Expertise in program-planning, critical-path management and change control.

Aufgaben

• Lead an integrated robot platform program from charter through development, industrialization and launch.
• Own the program plan with milestones, dependencies and delivery gates.
• Coordinate hardware, software, industrialization, supply chain, quality and certification.
• Align functional leaders and workstream owners to deliver credible commitments.
• Identify risks early and propose practical, costed options with clear recommendations.
• Drive program reviews and readiness across quality, service and launch.
