You will act as the trusted advisor for stakeholders, managing project timelines, orchestrating deployments, and ensuring our technology delivers measurable value and business impact.

Joining our team means you’ll continuously expand your skills in robotics, field operations, and customer success management. Each project brings distinct challenges that require adaptability, curiosity, and a passion for solving problems. Your insights and experiences from the field will directly shape the future of our technology, as you collaborate with our research and development teams to enhance and refine our offerings.

With software developed almost entirely in-house, ANYmal performs autonomous inspection missions for large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering robotics technology for inspection and maintenance.

Your Contributions
  • Lead Deployment Projects: Lead complex, multi-site customer projects from onboarding through to operational autonomy. Ensure smooth deployments, manage timelines and value delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and operations teams. Drive user adoption by navigating organizational dynamics, identifying resistance, and championing the value of robotics within their operational culture.
  • Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate the operational work of field technicians and internal specialists. Set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve on-site hurdles to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Trusted Advisory: Consult with global industrial clients to integrate robotics into their broader business workflows. Act as the bridge between their operational challenges and our technical teams, ensuring our roadmap aligns with their needs.
  • Value Realization & Training: Lead training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences, from on-the-ground operators to plant management, tailoring your approach to maximize user confidence and system utilization.
  • Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate field insights and recurring operational themes into actionable requirements for our Product and R&D teams, ensuring the voice of the customer drives our innovation.
Your Profile
  • Education: Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field
  • Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.

  • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive user adoption in industrial environments.
  • Operational Leadership: Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and maintain project continuity in high-pressure, international settings.
  • Travel: Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%) and comfortable working directly in customer environments.
  • Mindset: Collaborative, empathetic, and relentlessly focused on the customer's path to success
