Gravis Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for key initiatives, spanning software releases, hardware integration, and field validation. You will translate strategic goals into structured plans and drive cross-team alignment.

The role requires a strong program-management background, hands-on agile experience, and the ability to collaborate with partners, suppliers and field teams to ship complex hardware/software systems.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in technical program management or related roles in fast-paced, deep-tech environments.
• Solid technical foundation via engineering degrees or related studies.
• Hands-on experience with agile development and project tooling (Jira/Linear).
• Strong ability to translate strategic goals into structured plans and roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program planning and reporting for major initiatives across software, hardware, and field validation.
• Translate goals into roadmaps, manage milestones, dependencies and risks with distributed teams.
• Coordinate software release processes, testing, and staged field rollouts.
• Lead cross-team alignment, produce roadmaps, RACIs, and status dashboards for leadership.
