Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting for commercial roles across the UK and Europe from intake to onboarding. The role emphasizes executive search and direct outreach to passive candidates, partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

You will build high-quality pipelines via LinkedIn and networks, maintain data accuracy in the ATS, and drive strategic sourcing in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with emphasis on sourcing, direct search and headhunting.
• Proven executive search experience closing senior and C-level candidates.
• Experience recruiting commercial talent across sales, business development, and account management in UK/Europe.
• Experience across agencies, in-house teams, and fintech/payments environments; relevant search expertise considered.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles across UK/Europe from IC to senior leadership.
• Lead executive searches including market mapping and direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, communities, referrals, events, and networks.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage passive talent and convert conversations to opportunities.
• Partner with senior leaders as talent advisor on market, comp expectations, profiles, and timelines.
• Assess candidates and present focused shortlists with rationale.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding through day one.
• Maintain ATS data, report on pipeline health and results.
• Share sourcing techniques and market knowledge with TA team.
• Support evolving business recruitment priorities.
