Johnson & Johnson in Zuchwil is seeking a Manager, Supply Network Planning to lead a small team responsible for translating demand into reliable supply plans for Trauma, CMF, Spine and Power Tools portfolios. You will balance service, inventory and costs while driving cross-functional decision-making and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes scalability, data-driven planning, and governance of planning parameters, with exposure to S&OP, STEM, and lifecycle launches.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum six years of relevant planning experience in supply, demand, inventory or network planning.
• Proven people-management experience with coaching and performance management.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge including S&OP, net requirements planning and inventory optimization.
• Experience in a global, regulated environment; healthcare/medical devices preferred.
• ERP/advanced planning systems experience (SAP, JDE, Kinaxis, APO, OMP).
• Excellent English; German/French a plus.
• Up to 10% travel.

• Lead and develop the Supply Network Planning team and set priorities.
• Own the monthly S&OP rhythm and MPS validation.
• Lead STEM and cross-functional risk management and issue resolution.
• Support capacity, sourcing and network decisions with scenario modelling.
• Ensure governance of master data, signals and planning parameters.
• Drive standardization, automation, and data-driven reporting.
