Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain BI Analyst to shape how the organization sees and uses supply-chain data. You will lead the development of dashboards, analytics workflows, and governance to enable data-driven decisions across multiple functions.

The role focuses on forecasting, deployment analytics, and integration with ERP systems, with the preferred location in Zug or Zuchwil, Switzerland. This is a duration-based role through December 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, AI).
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in Supply Chain/BI.
• Experience with SAP/ERP environments and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain forecasting and deployment apps and dashboards.
• Scale BI capabilities across the supply chain organization.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to improve decision making.
• Standardize and implement cross‑functional reporting across regions.
• Govern BI processes by documenting definitions and access controls.
