Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Advanced Demand Analytics Lead to join our team in a hybrid onsite role in Switzerland. You will own the design and governance of global demand analytics reports and dashboards, translate business questions into scalable data solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives with GPEx and regional partners.

You will drive advanced forecasting analyses, evaluate model performance, and guide adoption of global standards while mentoring analysts and delivering

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 6+ years of analytics, forecasting, or supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL; and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience leading complex analytics projects across global cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and reporting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, execution, and governance of global demand analytics reports and dashboards.
• Lead investigations of data, system, and reporting issues; identify root causes and implement controls.
• Translate planning needs into scalable analytical requirements and visualizations.
• Lead cross-functional reporting initiatives with GPEx and partners through testing and deployment.
• Partner with RD&S leaders to prioritize reporting needs and harmonize solutions.
• Own end-to-end demand planning for a global brand or portfolio, including scenario analysis.
