Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Supply Network Planning to join our team in Zuchwil, Switzerland. The role leads a small team of supply planning professionals and translates demand into reliable supply plans across Trauma, CMF, Spine and Power Tools portfolios.

You will balance service, inventory, capacity, cost and working capital while driving S&OP, STEM, MPS validation and scenario planning. Collaboration across functions and data-driven improvements are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Minimum six years of relevant professional experience in supply, demand, inventory, production or network planning.
• Proven people-management experience with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in a complex, global and regulated supply chain environment.
• Proficient with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP, JDE, Kinaxis, APO).
• Fluent English; German and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Network Planning team.
• Own monthly S&OP supply rhythm and MPS validation.
• Manage STEM and cross-functional risk management.
• Support capacity, sourcing and network decisions via modelling.
• Ensure reporting of key measures like backorders and inventory.
• Drive standardisation and automation in planning processes.
