Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preference in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, AI or equivalent.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in supply chain/BI analytics.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning is required.
• Experience with JnJ Anchor App and SET/Modules Supply Chain preferred.
• Excellent project management skills in complex, multi-regional environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain the New Set Forecasting and Deployment Web App for BOM Forecast management and SET Deployment activities.
• Develop and execute analytics platform roadmap to scale BI across supply chain.
• Deliver data-driven solutions to improve decision making; identify cross-franchise opportunities to standardize reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to create visualizations and ETL solutions; support SET analytics visualizations.
• Own data validation, consolidation, and quality checks for dashboards and reporting.
• Maintain datasets and ETL inputs feeding Power BI reports; contribute to BI projects and programs.
