Synthesia is hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build its presales function in the DACH region. This founding role involves shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as the team scales, not following an established model.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal. This is a hybrid, multi-product, growth-focused opportunity across DACH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
• Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical depth in at least one area (APIs, integrations, security or compliance).
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.

Responsabilités

• Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements and technical environment.
• Design and deliver compelling demos that quantify value and tell a credible story of Synthesia’s advantages.
• Support POC and pilot readouts with a business narrative.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success and other teams to shape the roadmap and assets.
