Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional software development with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Hands-on coding ability, reviewing PRs and prototyping solutions.
• Experience with AI-powered engineering and AI adoption in SDLC.
• Distributed, cloud-native, scalable systems design.
• Product ownership from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Experience estimating and scoping software projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work within the PST time zone.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
