Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Engineer based in Switzerland to own features end-to-end in a fast-growing AI environment.

You’ll blend frontend craftsmanship with backend engineering using Next.js, Django, and PostgreSQL to ship impactful product experiences for millions of users. You’ll work closely with the founder, influence the product from idea to release, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first setup.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-stack web product experience shipped publicly or to users.
• Expertise using Next.js for frontend and Django/PostgreSQL for backend.
• Strong Linux/server-management experience.
• Clear product sense and attention to UX/UI details.
• Proven ownership of products used by customers, startup-style.
• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Interest in 3D workflows is a plus.

• Own features from idea through design, implementation, and release.
