Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years experience as Solution Architect or Lead Software Engineer in enterprise settings.
• Experience with AI, cloud architecture and shared platforms at scale.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, QA and operations readiness.
• Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder influence across business lines.

• Design, implement and evolve the firm-wide software and tech landscape.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives and ensure scalable delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise tech strategy and shared platforms adoption including AI.

• Lead integration, optimization and automation of business processes with tech teams.
• Co-steer demand and prioritization with Solution Architects and Business Owners.
