Zusammenfassung

Sonar is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our global team in Geneva or remote in the region. You will support pre-sales engagements, deliver technical presentations, and demonstrate how Sonar’s AC/DC approach aligns with prospects’ software development lifecycles.

You will work with Marketing, Product Management, and Development to capture feedback and influence product messaging. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus; Geneva-based location preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Some practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering highly desirable.
• Familiarity with local and cloud-based deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
• Excellent presentation skills and English communication; German language is desirable but not required.

Aufgaben

• Help prospective customers understand how our AC/DC approach fits within their software development life cycle.
• Drive technical aspects of pre-sales by doing technical presentations and demonstrations and supporting product evaluations.
• Advise customers on the best alignment of the Sonar solution with their deployment strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered by prospective customers evaluating our products.
• Support product adoption and growth after purchase, collaborating with Customer Success and Support teams.
• Provide technical enablement to channel partners to raise their service level.
