Job summary

Inside Labs AG is reshaping travel tech with the Omni Suite for mountain railways, tourism destinations, and hospitality brands across the Alps and Nordics. As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, crafting business cases with real numbers and driving revenue growth.

You’ll travel to destinations and events, conduct demos, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with Customer Success on expansions.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in software sales, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Excited about customer engagement and digital innovation in hospitality and travel.
• Comfortable running a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the sales strategy and deliver against targets.
• Build and qualify pipeline across the Alps, Nordics and beyond.
• Run discovery calls, product demos and workshops with potential customers.
• Translate customer challenges into a compelling Omni Suite business case.
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiations and close deals with executives.
