Job summary

Inside Labs AG is seeking a Senior Sales Manager (80–100%) to drive the sales strategy for the Omni Suite across the Alps and Nordics. You will own pipeline development, run discovery calls and demos, and shape business cases with real numbers to close deals with hospitality brands.

This role offers a remote-first culture with an alpine HQ in Flims, Switzerland. You’ll travel to destinations and industry events, manage pricing discussions, and work closely with Customer Success for upsells and

• 2–4+ years of experience in software sales (B2B SaaS).
• Fluent in German and English; other Nordic languages a plus.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Alps.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of our sales strategy and hit targets.
• Build and qualify the pipeline across DACH and beyond (outbound/inbound/events).
• Lead discovery calls, product demos and workshops with potential customers.
• Translate customer challenges into an Omni Suite business case.
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiate, and close deals with executives.
