Job summary

Rustify is hiring a Senior Rust Engineer in Lugano to design, build, and optimize high-performance trading systems that interact with prediction markets. You will work closely with researchers to translate models into production-grade code and scalable services.

You will own the development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to deployment and performance tuning, in a hybrid on-site setting with some flexibility. Strong background in Rust and distributed systems is essential.

Qualifications
