Citadel Securities is seeking driven engineers to join our next-generation trading infrastructure in a role based in our global offices. You will design, build and optimize high-performance systems that power equity and fixed income trading, collaborating with traders, researchers and engineers to push latency and throughput to new levels.

We value curiosity, ownership, and clear communication. A bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering is required; trading or finance background is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience in C++ with a passion for clean, performant code.
• Strong grasp of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Curiosity to explore how things work and a drive to improve them.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and the ability to thrive in a high ownership environment.
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Background in Trading or finance is a plus but not a requirement.
