You will blend creative copy, insights, and performance data to guide concepts from hypothesis through production and testing. You will work with designers and marketing teammates, translating insights into testable ideas, and overseeing execution from brief to launch while monitoring metrics for optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in performance creative strategy within paid digital advertising.
• Strong copywriting and ability to develop original ad concepts.
• Portfolio with performance-focused campaigns and measurable results.

• Develop performance-focused creative concepts, hooks, headlines, body copy, and CTAs to drive conversions.
• Translate audience insights into testable creative hypotheses.
• Own the creative direction and explain the testing rationale behind ideas.
• Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality, test-ready assets.
• Create clear briefs and wireframes outlining core message and engagement.
• Provide feedback and guide iterations to final execution.
