  • Recruitment Administrator (Operations & Data Integrity Division): Primary engine room authority to maintain high‑fidelity records and secure the absolute execution of data tracking strategies.
  • Primary Administrative Tasks: Owning the central CRM database with strict attention to structured accuracy; monitoring candidate and client movement across multiple international brand desks; auditing pipeline logs to catch processing issues before they arise; and auditing systemic task backlogs to keep active recruitment lifecycles organized.
• Active Outreach Management, Communications & Support Coordination
  • Client & Candidate Follow‑up Operations, Outreach & Process Control: Ensuring continuous communication momentum and driving cross‑brand workflow synchronization across the decentralized system.
  • Core Operational Tasks: Launching regular follow‑ups via phone and professional digital messaging platforms; coordinating live scheduling loops between clients and account teams; managing high‑volume email correspondence in English; and independently identifying operational workflow improvements to support scaling sales desks.

Core Position Requirements & Specifications

• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication attributes in English.
