Zusammenfassung

Edl Consulting is seeking an organized, tech-savvy professional to join our HR, marketing, and project support team. You will own marketing channels, craft B2B content, refresh the website, and help run online events.

You will also support the consulting team with data analysis, presentations, and documentation, while assisting recruiting and project materials creation. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience in HR, marketing, project management, or a coordinating role
• University degree or completed vocational training in a relevant field
• Highly tech-savvy and fast in adopting new tools and processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• Own marketing channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, website, online events) from concept to execution
• Create B2B content aligned to target audience
• Keep website up to date with consistent, aesthetic content
• Plan and organize online events, webinars, and partner events
• Support HR projects: data analysis, presentations, and documentation
• Assist recruiting: sourcing, communication, ATS maintenance
• Produce professional project materials (PowerPoint, Slides) and reports
