IBSA Group in Grancia, Switzerland, invites an experienced Project Manager to lead complex pharmaceutical R&D programs from preclinical to clinical development. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

You will contribute to strengthening the PMO, implement governance models, and promote integrated project and portfolio management using Planisware and other digital tools.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a pharmaceutical or related scientific discipline.
• Professional PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA are a strong asset.
• At least 7+ years of experience managing complex pharmaceutical projects.
• Experience across preclinical, clinical development, R&D and/or regulatory-related projects.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex R&D projects and programs across preclinical and clinical development.
• Ensure delivery on time, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain Charters, PM Plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor performance with KPIs, dashboards, and reports, identify risks and mitigations.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs activities.
• Support regulatory timelines and integration into project plans.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Coordinate resource planning and prioritization across functions.
• Develop executive dashboards and contribute to PMO governance.
