We value a Master’s degree in a relevant science, at least 5 years of PM experience (3 in pharma), cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on PM tool expertise. PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA certification is a strong asset.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience, including at least 3 years in pharma.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multinational pharma environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams without direct managerial authority.
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and manage medium- to high-complexity cross-functional projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, scope, and quality objectives, identifying risks and mitigation actions.
• Support governance activities including Steering Committee meetings and management reporting.
• Foster effective coordination across key business functions.
• Update and monitor dashboards, KPIs, and periodic reports for senior management.
• Promote standardized Project Management methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
