• 7+ years of experience managing complex pharma projects across R&D, preclinical, clinical, and regulatory-related work.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex pharma projects and programs across R&D, preclinical, and clinical development.
• Ensure delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, quality, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Project Charters, PMPs, schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate Regulatory Affairs collaboration without owning regulatory strategy.
• Support PMO development and governance across the organization.
