IBSA Institut Biochimique SA is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate and govern complex pharma projects across preclinical, clinical development and product development. You will ensure delivery on time, budget, quality and regulatory compliance while integrating regulatory timelines into the plan.

The role supports PMO development, governance frameworks and digital tooling, driving portfolio management capabilities across the organization and mentoring the scientific project management

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a pharmaceutical/related field is required or strong asset with PM certifications considered a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in managing complex pharma projects across R&D, preclinical, clinical development or regulatory-related projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Scientific, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex projects and programs across R&D, preclinical and clinical development.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain PM artifacts and dashboards; monitor KPIs and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate regulatory affairs activities within project plans.
• Support PMO development and governance frameworks; promote best practices.
