Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in project management in global medical device, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Experience with drug and/or medical device development and combination products.
• Knowledge of PM best practices and tools; PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR 820.30 design control requirements.
• Experience collaborating with vendors/partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Fluent English; German, Japanese or Danish is advantageous.

• End-to-end project management across development phases aligned with the Device Team plan.
• Apply best-in-class PM methodologies and tools for planning, risk, and budget tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including contingency planning.
• Ensure transparent communication across stakeholders and timely escalation of critical issues.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with corrective actions.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment with cross-functional engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, forecast resources, monitor budget, and control costs.
• Maintain governance, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement.
