Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead customer programs from technology transfer through GMP manufacturing and project closure. You will partner with customers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness while coordinating cross-functional teams across a matrix organization.

The role requires a degree in chemistry, biology, or related fields; PhD is a plus, and strong experience in project management within pharma or CDMO settings is preferred.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO.
• Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and organizational factors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and drug substance development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
