• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, scope, and quality, identifying risks.
• Support governance activities: Steering Committee meetings and reports.
• Foster coordination across key business functions.
• Update dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Promote standardized PM methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
