Nexthink in Lausanne is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our UX team and elevate the product for millions of enterprise employees. You will articulate user needs into creative solutions and own the design delivery from concept to shipped features, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.

You bring 7+ years in product design, deep Figma expertise, and experience with AI-assisted design workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., Figma Make, codedesign features).
• Excellent attention to detail with a user-first mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.

Aufgaben

• Define the user experience for new and existing product capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and customers across agile teams.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create effective design solutions that are easy to understand and visually appealing.
• Understand customers to discover needs and test both early prototypes and released features.
