Zusammenfassung

Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software, is seeking a Product Manager to own delivery for parts of the Workspace product. You will partner with engineering and design to advance an AI-native Workspace roadmap, driving discovery, prioritization, and releases in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

You will lead customer interviews, synthesize data into opportunities, and define success metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of Product Manager experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with AI-powered features or AI-driven products.
• Proven end-to-end product delivery, from discovery to release.
• Strong discovery skills with customer interviews and data synthesis.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership.
• Self-starter, proactive with ownership.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end product delivery for parts of Workspace from discovery to release.
• Conduct ongoing customer research to understand employee and IT needs.
• Document requirements to give engineering clear context.
• Lead agile ceremonies with engineering and design triad.
• Coordinate launches with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• Define success metrics and track outcomes post-release.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, voice of the customer.
• Stay informed on AI, DEX, and enterprise SaaS trends.
