Zusammenfassung

Novartis in Basel, Switzerland seeks an Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & Operations to partner with senior leaders across the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic Development Unit to drive governance, analytics and portfolio reporting.

You will lead strategic initiatives, support leadership governance and ensure successful execution of priorities, enabling informed decisions to maximize pipeline value. Fluency in English is required, with cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, business, strategy or related field.
Ability to translate portfolio information into clear senior leadership recommendations.
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech development and portfolio governance.

Aufgaben

Lead the operational management of DU Leadership Team, including agenda, minutes and follow-up.
Coordinate portfolio and strategy activities: pipeline progress, governance milestones and reporting.
Provide portfolio analytics, milestone/tollgate reporting and executive insights.
Partner with Global Program Heads and senior functional leaders across functions.
Drive portfolio resource planning and assess capacity, capabilities and risks.
