Zusammenfassung

Novartis in Basel seeks a Strategy Director to shape the CRM therapeutic area strategy, provide early commercial insights to project teams, and guide internal pipeline development and external licensing and acquisitions.

You will collaborate across BR, S&G, and Commercial teams, bring benchmarking and market analysis to support sustainable growth, and translate insights into actionable strategic levers. This role requires in-market US experience and a strong life-science background.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree highly preferred.
• Experience evaluating new product opportunities (M&A, BD&L) and internal re-search programs.
• In-depth TA knowledge in CRM with US market experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop holistic CRM TA strategy with the TA Strategy Head.
• Provide external benchmarking, analysis and insights to inform growth.
• Provide commercial insights to R&D project teams, esp. early phase programs with US in-market experience.
• Analyze reports and publications to extract key messages and build product forecasts.
• Support development of TA-specific external insights and primary market research.
