You will shape analytical approaches, interpret portfolio implications, and advise stakeholders on value and trade-offs with rigorous, timely insights.

You will mentor teams, drive methodologies, and deliver senior-ready analyses and decision narratives that influence strategic planning and investment prioritization.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or advanced degree in business or science.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with R&D exposure.
• Deep experience with portfolio analytics, valuation, forecasting, prioritization, scenario planning.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior stakeholders with interpretation of portfolio dynamics, risks, opportunities, and implications for investment and planning.
• Serve as a senior PDA thought partner for enterprise, franchise, TA, and EPI stakeholders.
• Lead development of senior-ready materials that synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations.
• Mentor colleagues in analytical framing, communication, and portfolio methodology.
• Drive continuous improvement of PDA tools, reporting, and standards.
• Own complex, high-impact analytical workstreams from framing to communication.
• Influence senior stakeholders by connecting data, assumptions, and strategic choices.
