Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Significant pharmaceutical industry experience with exposure to R&D, development and/or commercialization processes.
• Strong ability to lead complex analyses and convert them into senior-level recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Lead major portfolio analytics workstreams and provide executive-ready analyses.
• Shape analytical methodologies for portfolio prioritization, valuation, risk and scenario planning.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear interpretation of portfolio dynamics, risks, opportunities and trade-offs for investment decisions.
• Serve as a senior PDA thought partner for enterprise, franchise, TA, and EPI stakeholders.
• Develop senior-ready materials that synthesize analyses into clear recommendations and narratives.
• Mentor colleagues in analytical framing, communication, and portfolio methodology.
• Drive continuous improvement of PDA tools, reporting, and standards.
