Qualifikationen

• Degree in business (MBA preferred) or an advanced scientific degree.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Significant pharmaceutical industry experience with exposure to R&D and/or commercialization processes.
• Deep experience with R&D portfolio analytics, valuation, forecasting, prioritization, scenario planning, or related strategic analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead major portfolio analytics workstreams, including portfolio reviews and enterprise-level portfolio decision support.
• Shape analytical methodologies for prioritization, valuation, risk, scenario planning, and related questions.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear interpretation of portfolio dynamics, risks, opportunities, and implications for investment and planning.
• Serve as a senior PDA thought partner for enterprise, franchise, TA, and EPI stakeholders.
• Lead development of senior-ready materials that synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations and narratives.
• Mentor Associate Directors and PDA colleagues in analytical framing and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvement of PDA tools, systems, reporting, and standards.
