Novartis is seeking an Associate Director in Portfolio Strategy & Operations to support portfolio governance, analytics and decision-making for Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic Development Units. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, business, strategy or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech development and portfolio strategy.
• Ability to translate complex portfolio data into clear executive recommendations.
• Proven track record working across global, matrixed teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Development Unit Leadership Team's operations, agendas, minutes and follow-up.
• Coordinate portfolio and strategy activities: milestones, governance, reporting, external communications.
• Provide portfolio analytics, risk assessments and executive insights for reviews.
• Partner with Global Program Heads and senior leaders across Development, Medical, Commercial and Investor Relations.
• Drive portfolio resource planning and assess capacity and risks across the unit.
• Design and improve processes for prioritization, allocation and risk management.
